Farmers World - Game Review

Farmers World is a unique farming game that mixes together the fun of fighting, planting, construction, and breeding.

Therefore, the farmers mine for wood, gold, and food in this blockchain game. Wood and gold to craft together various tools, pieces of equipment, and weapons - and food for energy. Players can make money in this play to earn game by either mining gold tokens or buying NFT lands to breed animals and farm crops for wood and food. The game is based on the Worldwide Asset eXchange (WAX).

Farmers World Gameplay

The game does not actually have a story plot. Therefore, players need not follow it as it does not have any effect on the gameplay. However, the inspiration behind the game revolves around an actual secret ancient document named “Manuscript No 4848” in the Brazil National Library. According to this document, a mysterious civilization is trying to start and adapt to living in the Amazon wilderness. Hence, the game is based on the same theme, where players are trying to build and adapt to new terrain. Adaptability is achievable by mining food, wood, and gold in order to develop a civilization.

The Game's NFTs

Players can sell and trade Farmers World NFTs on the secondary marketplace Alcor. However, players need a WAX account for that and a digital wallet. Gas fees are applied when resources are exchanged or new NFTs are minted in the game. Mining of wood token (FWW) uses tools like Axes, Saws, and Chainsaws; mining of food token (FWF) requires tools like Fishing Rods, Fishing Boat, and Fishing Net; and mining of gold token (FWG) needs a mining excavator. At the start of the game, 200 energy is given to each player, and FWF is required to replenish that.

Lastly, NFT tools have a durability index, gold is needed to fix the tools at 0 durability index. As the game is not free to play, you would require an initial investment of $1000 to $2000 for gold mining. However, the game gives you a real opportunity to earn real money as you have fun building your farm!
